Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of msquare solutions and any engagement with mSquare Solutions, a brand operated by mSquare Data, LLC (“mSquare Solutions,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We offer fractional and consulting technology and operations leadership through three engagement types: The Leverage Blueprint, a fixed-price diagnostic sprint; The Transformation Program, fixed-scope delivery phases; and The Fractional Technology Office, an ongoing monthly retainer for embedded leadership and execution capacity. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any paid engagement are defined in the proposal or statement of work you sign before work begins, not by this page alone.

Payment

Fees are billed as described in your signed proposal (for example, the Leverage Blueprint is billed 50% at kickoff and 50% at the final readout) and processed securely through Stripe. We don’t store your card details ourselves.

Cancellations and refunds

Because each engagement is scoped and scheduled individually, cancellation and refund terms for work already underway are set out in your signed proposal. If nothing else is specified there, fees for work already performed are non-refundable, and fees for work not yet started are refundable at our discretion.

Ownership of deliverables

Once an engagement is paid in full, you own the deliverables created specifically for you under that engagement (for example, a roadmap, process documentation, or custom-built software). We retain our own pre-existing tools, methods, and general know-how, and may reuse them on future engagements for other clients.

Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
